Refund Policy

1. Voluntary Donations

Donations to Nandi Gau Sewa Samiti are voluntary contributions toward animal care and related work. Because funds are used for rescue and treatment, refunds are not automatic.

2. When We May Refund

We will consider a refund request if:

• You were charged more than once for the same intended donation due to a technical error.
• A payment was completed by mistake and you contact us promptly with proof.
• We cannot process the payment / order and the amount was still captured.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email donations@nandigausewasamiti.org with your payment reference ID (shown on your thank-you page), the amount, the date of the donation, and a short reason. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay and typically appear in the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
